Delivery Information
We will ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. Sorry, we do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses, Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Out of Stock
The time tables given below assume that your order is in stock.  If your order is not in stock, we will notify you immediately.  Your item will be shipped as soon as we receive it.  Out of stock items are usually restocked within four business days.

Standard Overnight Delivery
Orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be shipped the same day Monday through Thursday, for standard overnight delivery, unless the following day is not a business day for FedEx. Sorry, no weekend deliveries. If your order is received after 12:00 noon EST on Thursday, it will not be shipped until Monday. If your order is received on the day before a FedEx holiday, your order will not ship until the next FedEx business day.

2 Day Delivery
Orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be shipped the same day Monday through Wednesday, for 2 day delivery, unless either of the days in transit is not a business day for FedEx. Sorry, no weekend deliveries. If your order is received after 12:00 noon EST on Wednesday, it will not be shipped until Monday. If your order is received on the day before a FedEx holiday, or a FedEx holiday occurs on either day the order is in transit, your order will not ship until the next FedEx business day where it can be delivered in 2 days or less.

Holidays
As of now, the holidays that affect FedEx service are New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

No signature will be required for delivery. Be sure to have the package delivered to a location where it can be received promptly and the products refrigerated as soon as possible. Long term exposure to outdoor conditions can drastically affect the condition of your products.

For 2 Day Delivery:
Please note that, at times and depending on the destination, 2 Day deliveries can possibly arrive the next day. Therefore, be sure that the package can be received at its destination either day.

Perishable Products
Since most of our products are perishable, Standard Overnight and 2 Day delivery will be the only shipping methods used. Your safety is top priority and we want to ensure that the products you receive are of the same high quality as the day they left our facility. All orders are shipped in sealed, insulated containers containing dry ice. Immediately freeze, refrigerate or prepare the product when it is received. The dry ice will last approximately 48 hours from the time it is packed. If you are expecting a delivery and cannot be present when the product is delivered, please be conscious of the amount of time the container is exposed to outdoor conditions.
